Healthcare Network Growth: Indus Hospital & Health Network Expands Annual Budget to Rs68 Billion

KARACHI — Chronicling one of the most successful healthcare delivery footprints in the country, Indus Hospital and Health Network (IHHN) CEO Dr. Abdul Bari revealed that the network’s annual operational budget has expanded to Rs68 billion. Presenting at a corporate gala organized by KATI, Dr. Bari highlighted that the network has grown from a single 150-bed hospital in 2005 into a massive nationwide grid of 15 hospitals, providing free high-end treatment to over 600,000 patients daily. To support this massive expansion, the Sindh Government has also allocated Rs9 billion for development and infrastructure uplift across Karachi’s industrial and healthcare access zones.
