Islamabad Returns to Normal: Red Zone Containers Removed After Peace Talks Stall

Shipping containers removed from city street

ISLAMABAD — Life is finally resuming in the twin cities as the local administration has started removing containers from major entry points. This comes after the scheduled visit of U.S. peace envoys was canceled by President Trump. While the “Islamabad Accord” is currently on hold, schools, colleges, and offices have reopened today. Commuters are advised to check Google Maps for the latest traffic updates as some link roads are still being cleared.
